More often than not, when it comes to tech related matters, the first step in finding a solution is accepting that you don’t know what you don’t know. What started out as an innocent conversation around the board table turned into some more searching questions; how secure were we? How could that be proved? How were we going to develop our tech strategy over the coming years? Who was going to deliver that? What personnel did we need to take us forward over the next 5+ years?
We needed help to get to grips with all of these questions and so was pleased to be introduced to the team at Navos. Their collective CV already makes for impressive reading based on their knowledge and experience (particularly in the financial services arena) but the proof is in the pudding and I was delighted with the level of care and attention taken, starting with an in depth, day long discovery session at their office to truly understand our starting point. What followed from that was a very clear RAG rated set of observations and recommendations rolling onto weekly calls to ensure that priorities were addressed and things kept on track.
I cannot recommend Navos enough; we felt like we were in safe hands right from the start, it never felt like we were being “sold” to but, rather, consulted and guided and we always felt that we were in control of the pace and direction of the project.
