Rhys has over 23 years’ experience of infrastructure and data technologies, 19 of those within Financial Services. The last 15 years were spent at Hargreaves Lansdown where he was responsible for ensuring all of the company data and supporting infrastructure was available, secure and performant for the 1.6 million clients.
Rhys has extensive experience of building and running large highly available transactional and analytical platforms within a regulated environment.
