Dan has worked in Digital for 10 years as both a designer and developer. Almost 8 of those years were within the Financial Services sector at Hargreaves Lansdown. There he managed the Front-End Development team and was responsible for delivering new change and optimisation to the Hargreaves Lansdown website.
Dan has worked within and alongside multiple teams of different expertise over his time in Digital, including Marketing, Sales, User Experience and of course IT. Having run a cross-functional team with varying specialisms at Hargreaves Lansdown, he also has first-hand experience implementing Agile practises to deliver work at scale.
